1.1 Chinaihs Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chinaihs) agrees to provide Internet and mobile Internet-based products and services (including but not limited to websites, software, APIs, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules issued from time to time , Apple or Android APP, WeChat or Baidu, Alipay applet, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as "bting services").

1.2 Users of bting services (hereinafter referred to as "users") should understand the entire contents of this agreement, recognize and agree to all terms of this agreement on the basis of independent thinking, and complete all registration procedures according to the prompts on the page. , use and other behaviors will be deemed to fully accept this agreement and the rules and specifications announced by Chinaihs.

1.3 Chinaihs has the right to supervise, remind, check and correct all activities on the bting Education official website, products or services.

2.1 The specific content of bting services is provided by Chinaihs according to the actual situation, including but not limited to authorized users online education, leisure and entertainment games, authorized users to share them, etc. Chinaihs has the right to upgrade the services or product forms it provides or other adjustments, users will be notified in the form of APP\website content updates, and users will not be notified separately.

2.2 The bting services provided by Chinaihs may include advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by bting Education and third-party suppliers and partners during use.

2.3 Chinaihs only provides technical services related to bting services, etc. In addition, equipment related to related network services (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices related to access to the Internet or mobile network) and required Fees (such as telephone charges and Internet access charges paid for accessing the Internet, and mobile phone charges paid for using the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.

3.1 In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failure, user location, user shutdown, user mobile phone virus or malicious network attack behavior and any other technology, Internet, communication line , content infringement, etc.), the user agrees that Chinaihs has the right to interrupt or terminate some or all of the bting services at any time, and Chinaihs will notify the user in a timely and reasonable manner as much as possible, and try to fix it as soon as possible. However, Chinaihs does not assume any responsibility for the user's inability to send and receive reading information, or to send and receive wrong information, and the user must bear the above risks.

3.2 Users understand that Chinaihs needs to repair and maintain the platform or related equipment that provides bting services on a regular or irregular basis. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable period due to such circumstances, Chinaihs will try its best to notify in advance, but No responsibility is required for this.

3.3 If the personal data provided by the user is untrue, the user violates the laws and regulations, national policies or the usage rules stipulated in this agreement, Chinaihs has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of bting services under this agreement to the user at any time, without any need for the user or any Third parties assume no responsibility.

4.1 When a user applies to register for bting services, the APP automatically associates the user's device identification, etc. with the user's consent, thereby generating the user's unique ID for using bting services. If the user is not authorized, the system will assign a temporary identity ID to the user to facilitate the user to continue to use bting services.

4.2 After successful registration, a user ID of bting Education will be obtained.

Users must follow the following principles when using bting services:

(1) Comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations;

(2) Bting services shall not be used for any illegal purpose;

(3) Comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

(4) Do not use the bting services system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;

(5) Do not use the bting Education network service system to conduct any behavior that is not conducive to Chinaihs.

4.3 Users shall not use bting services to create, upload, send, and disseminate sensitive information and information that violates the national legal system, including but not limited to the following information:

(1) Opposes the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

(3) Damage to national honor and interests;

(4) Those inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;

(5) Those who undermine the national religious policy and promote cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and destroying social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;

(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4.4 The user agrees not to use another user's account or password under any circumstances. You agree to notify Chinaihs immediately when you suspect someone else is using your account or password.

4.5 Users have the right to change and delete personal data, registration information and transmission content in bting services, but deleting relevant information will also delete any text and pictures you have stored in the system. The user shall bear this risk.

4.6 If the user violates any of the terms of this agreement, Chinaihs has the right to terminate the provision of services to the bting Education account of the breaching user in accordance with this agreement.

4.7 If the user does not log in to the bting Education account for a long time after registration, Chinaihs has the right to reclaim the account, so as to avoid waste of resources, and the user shall be responsible for any problems caused by this.

5.1 Any text, pictures, logos, audio and video materials contained in the bting services provided by Chinaihs are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other property rights laws.

5.2 Without the consent of the relevant obligee and Chinaihs, the above information shall not be displayed on any other third-party platform or used for any other commercial purpose in any way; Create derivative products related to content.

6.1 The "privacy" referred to in this agreement includes the content of the user's personal information stipulated in Article 4 of the "Provisions on the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunications and Internet Users" and the privacy that is clearly stipulated in the laws and regulations formulated or revised from time to time in the future. content.

6.2 The protection of user privacy and personal data is a basic system of Chinaihs. Chinaihs will adopt various systems, security technologies and procedures to protect user privacy and personal data from unauthorized access, use or leakage. It also guarantees that the registration information of a single user and the non-public content stored in Chinaihs when the user is using bting services will not be disclosed to third parties other than cooperative units or used for any illegal purpose, except in the following cases:

(1) Obtain explicit authorization from the user in advance;

(2) According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations;

(3) In accordance with the requirements of relevant government authorities;

(4) To safeguard the interests of the public;

(5) It is necessary to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of Chinaihs under the circumstance that the user infringes the legitimate rights and interests of Chinaihs under this agreement.

6.3 In the process of registering a bting Education product or service account or using the bting Education product or service, the user needs to authorize the use to obtain the device identification, etc., so as to realize the personalized service for the user. Some features require user authorization to use the user's camera or photo album. If the user does not authorize or provides incomplete information, the service cannot be used or the use is restricted. For the information provided by the user's authorization, Chinaihs promises to take measures to protect the security of the user's personal information.

6.4 In order to provide users with a better user experience and improve the service quality of bting Education products or services, Chinaihs may collect, use or provide users' non-personal privacy information to third parties. Chinaihs will supervise and manage the third party's use of the user's personal data, and make every effort to protect the security of the user's personal information.

7.1 Users should abide by national laws, regulations and policies in the process of using bting services, and bear any legal responsibility for the information and content they produce, upload, send and disseminate, which has nothing to do with Chinaihs.

7.2 Any information and content displayed or pushed by bting Education products or services to users on its pages are recommended to users by Chinaihs using technical means to search, locate and match from any third-party website on the Internet according to user instructions. The information and content displayed and pushed do not represent the views of Chinaihs and bting Education products or services, and Chinaihs is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the above information.

7.3 Any text, pictures, logos, audio and video materials contained in the products or services provided by Chinaihs on bting Education are for teaching purposes and do not involve any commercial activities of physical objects.

7.4 If any information or content displayed or pushed by bting Education products or services to users on its pages is suspected of infringing any third-party intellectual property rights, the obligee and relevant stakeholders shall issue a rights notice to Chinaihs, and Chinaihs After verification, according to relevant laws and regulations, Chinaihs has the right to take measures including but not limited to disconnecting the link of the infringing content or deleting and stopping the transmission of the infringing content, but Chinaihs does not assume legal responsibility for the infringing content.

7.5 User agrees to indemnify and hold Chinaihs harmless from any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or incurred by the user in violation of the provisions of this agreement.

8.1 Chinaihs has the right to revise any terms of this agreement at any time. Once the content of this agreement changes, Chinaihs will publish the revised content of the agreement on the bting Education product or service platform or announce the revision to users through other appropriate means. content. The user does not agree with the above modification and has the right to choose to stop using bting services, but if the user continues to use it, it is deemed to accept the modification of the relevant terms of this agreement by Chinaihs.

8.2 For any reason, any provision of this Agreement shall be partially or completely invalid or unenforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.

8.3 The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the People's Republic of China. If the two parties have any disputes or disputes over the content or implementation of this agreement, they should be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court where Chinaihs is located.

8.4 The copyright of this agreement is owned by Chinaihs, and the final interpretation and modification rights of the terms of this agreement are owned by Chinaihs.
